The beautiful beach Glavotok is located in the western part of the island of Krk. Glavotok is a pebble beach that you have to reach by car, and is very popular among locals and families with younger children.

Near Glavotok Beach there is a Franciscan monastery from the 16th century which is quite interesting to visit.

Also, there are catering facilities-restaurants and cafes that are ideal for a break from swimming, lunch or a simple refreshment from the heat.

Amazing place. We walked about 20 minutes to get the beach. The walter is turquoise and warm. You can swimming all day. You can not get any bother to be in the beach. Only relax. There is a caffè where you can buy food and drink to take away or eating inside the restaurant. The price is quite expensive but the food is good.

The Franciscan monastery is what caught my attention when I got to this beach. I totally had to visit the monastery and enjoyed the history and learnt the ways of the old monks.I was quite fascinating. Glavotok beach is beautiful and quite family friendly.The restaurants nearby serve enjoyable meals and also have great customer services.I enjoyed my visit here for sure.

Glavotok beach has pebble and rocky beaches where one can relax and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic. The place has a nice atmosphere from the trees surrounding it. I love the clean-clear water and ended up enjoying my swimming.
