Cres
Today, Cres is largely focused on tourism, whose beginnings date back to 1845, which makes it the second place with the longest tourist tradition on the Adriatic. It is located in the bay, which enabled the development of fisheries, shipping and shipbuilding. The old town offers an insight into its past and present - narrow and tall houses lean against each other forming a maze. On some facades of the buildings, old coats of arms are still visible, denoting the occupations of the people who lived in them. In the past, the old town was surrounded by high walls and the city could be entered through three city gates.

Visiting Cres Towns is always something my family looks forward to. I particularly admire the many stunning caves and a visit always leaves me feeling serene and rejuvenated.

Cres Town has some exciting boat trips and I had a wonderfully quiet night fishing. We actually caught fish that we took back to our villa. The whole trip left me in so much peace and tranquility.

The rich botanical Cres has perfect nature trails in the expansive woodlands, caves, and abandoned villages. I had a fantastic time with my buddies hiking, enjoying the beautiful sights.

Cres Town is a charming and relaxing place and has perfect beaches for basking, with its cute shades, fine peebles, and crystal clear water. We had a great time sunbathing with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Cres Town has a lot of exciting activities. I really enjoyed deep diving in the coves and watching the shipwrecks lying below the sea. This was a glorious place to spend my vacation.
