Buzet
The old town of Buzet is one of the famous medieval Istrian towns. Recognizable acropolis appearance, surrounded by majestic walls, Buzet was first mentioned more than 1800 years ago.It has been inhabited since prehistoric times, during Roman times it was called the Pinquentum fortress.Today, Buzet is known as the "city of truffles" because the nearby forests are rich in them, and in search of this rare delicacy you can go alone or accompanied by experienced guides and search dogs. because its terrain shape is a great starting point for mountain biking, with a multitude of cross country forest, macadam and singletrack trails in the area. Refreshment from the activities can be found in Istrian taverns, where you can enjoy local Istrian cuisine and truffle specialties.

Me and my family visited the city and my kids were amazed by the spectacular kids activities available at the place. They were great moments for them, could see it in their faces.
