Peljesac peninsula
The Peljesac peninsula is located halfway between two Adriatic pearls, Split and Dubrovnik. The second largest peninsula in Dalmatia enjoys a great Mediterranean climate, which has made it an ideal place for vineyards and wine production. This place was famous for its beautiful vine yards and wine production. I enjoyed walking down the thousands of vine trees enjoying the shades and listening to the chirping birds. The wineries were great.

I came to this place with my kids to escape the scorching summer sun. The magnificent beaches were the best for my kids since they were shallow and clean. We had beach picnics with the children who also enjoyed playing other beach games. Our vacation to this place was the best.

I loved the fact that the accommodation is situated right next to the beach. The hotels are beautifully constructed and decorated with a professional staff who are vigilant. I also loved walking up to the calming breeze of the sea and the spectacular view of the waters.

I loved the traditional Dalmatian cuisine prepared in the various restaurants in this location. The meals are hand-prepared with local ingredients grown by themselves. I also loved the wine produced on the farms in this location which are of high quality. I will visit again soon.

The vineyards in this peninsula are large and produces a tone of grapes that are used to make wine.The wine cellars are designed in a way that they accommodate a large numbers of wine bottles, i bought some wine to take back home with me. The wine was surely sweet.

I loved the fact that the accommodation units in the peninsula had a balcony where one could relax while taking the Peljeshac peninsula wine, very sweet. My kids loved the recreational games at the beach and also walking along the warm soft sand. I recommend this place.
