Lopud Island
Lopud is the middle island of the Elaphite Islands.Its name comes from the Greek name of the island of Delaphodia, although the Romans who once had a settlement there called it Lafota.The island really has only one village which is also called Lopud and is located in the bay of Lopud. Sunj Bay - which is sandy - is located on the other side of the island. This little car-free island is absolutely perfect for those who want to get away from it all, want to spend a few quiet days or a week on a quiet vacation in the sun and just enjoy it. You can also use your time walking the beautiful island trails through its lush vegetation (especially on a walk to Sunj Bay where you can spend a perfect morning). It is also possible to rent bikes for sailing on island trails or kayaks to spend some time doing something a little more active on your holiday!

I met outstanding and highly skilled traders in different things in Lopud Island. The handmade jewelry and rings are so beautiful. We bought a lot of their gorgeous products.

We toured Lopud Island and enjoyed its magical beaches. The sandy beaches are perfect for sun bathing and later cooling off in the beautiful shades on hot day. It is also peaceful and quiet.
