Svetvincenat
This area has been inhabited since prehistoric times, and in Roman times. The beginning of Svetvincenat is connected with the Benedictine monastery from Ravenna, in the area of the church of St. Vincent in the cemetery, and the first smaller settlement was formed next to it. It is mentioned independently in 983 as the property of the bishop of Porech.Today, the renaissance town of Svetvincenat is one of the Istrian gems with a rich tourist offer and numerous events that take place in the attractive historical spaces of this town. This special town with a rich tradition, with its interesting and diverse programs, the most prominent of which are the Medieval Festival, the Cheese Festival and the Festival of Dance and Non-Verbal Theater, attracts many visitors every year.

My daughters had a sensational time in Svetvinčenat when we visited. There are parks that are good for both children and adults and we enjoyed the day.

My husband and I passed by Svetvinčenat and we found it very adorable. There are serene places like castles. A must visit place.

I took a walk through Svetvinčenat and I had breathtaking views from the top of the magnificent churches. It is a great opportunity to breath fresh air outdoors.

We had extraordinary views of structures in Svetvinčenat as we moved around. The squares can be viewed from different places like from the beautiful cisterns. Its a very exotic town.

My wife and I found sites that dazzle in Svetvinčenat away from the waters like having fun in the games and entertainment centers. There are startling places to explore beside the magical beaches.

We attended the Cheese Festival and were delighted to taste a variety of cheese that is homemade. We got to interact with people from different walks of life in this event. The locals were friendly and accommodative.
