Otok Cres
Otok Cres smješten je u sjevernom dijelu Kvarnerskog zaljeva. Lako dostupan, na otok se trajektom može doći s otoka Krka ili s istarskog poluotoka sa zapadne strane. Iz daljine se ovaj otok čini kao hrapav lanac brežuljaka; čak i kad posjetite otok, često ćete ga smatrati ogoljenim. Jedan od razloga tu katakteristiku je upravo položaj Cresa; naime otok nije zaštićen od hladnog vjetra Bure koji puše s kopna, tako da je na zapadnom dijelu otoka uglavnom nisko raslinje, a samo na istočnoj strani Cresa možete pronaći bujnije listopadno drveće. Ljubazni mještani, prekrasne šljunčane i pješčane plaže, očuvani okoliš i čisto more glavne su turističke atrakcije i prednosti otoka. Što se tiče smještaja, na otoku postoje samo dva hotela,tik uz plažu koji će vam omogućiti vrhunski odmor.
