Kutjevo
Općina Kutjevo nalazi se među brdima u uglu, po čemu je i dobila današnje ime. Danas Kutjevo ima 6.267 stanovnika.Kutjevo je poznato po gotovo osmostoljetnoj tradiciji uzgajanja vinove loze na obroncima Krndije i proizvodnji kvalitetnih vina, danas nadaleko poznate i svjetski poznate kutjevačke graševine, sivog i bijelog pinota, traminca i rajnskog rizlinga.Vinski podrum Kutjevo sagradili su cisterciti dolaskom na ovo područje 1232. godine.Nakon protjerivanja Turaka, posjedi Kutjeva pripali su požeškim isusovcima uz obvezu uzdržavanja požeške gimnazije. Godine 1734. isusovci su u Kutjevu sagradili crkvu sv. Marije. Poslije jezuita posjed Kutjevo pripao je državi, a od 1873. obitelji Turković. Obitelj Turković započela je arhiviranje kutjevačkih vina, zbog čega je kutjevački podrum danas nezaobilazno mjesto za svakog ljubitelja vina.Poznata je pastuharna lipcanska pasmina iz 1873. godine.Danas se u Kutjevu održavaju konjičke utrke.

The wine production in this location is amazing. I visited the wine cellar that I learned was built in 1232 by the Cistercians. I also learned about the families that have owned the cellars over the years beginning from the Jesuits of Pozega to the Turkovich family.

I attended the equestrian races held in this location and got to learn about the famous lipizzaner stallion breed from 1873. It was an exciting feeling participating in the tradition of the people and I will visit again with my daughter who loves horses.

The wine history of this town dates back in the 13th century. Visiting its vineyards was such a wonderful experience. Their wine archives were so mesmerizing. The Church of St. Mary is such an ancient but divine church.

I literally admired their winery collection. It was so amazing and creative. Considering they have been growing vines for centuries. It was so thrilling. Their vineyards were so beautiful. Walking through them was really therapeutic.

I would say that this is the best town i have visited when it comes to wine, there are so many wne restaurants which i jumped from one to the next, i also visited the Dvorac Turkovic palace which was so full of history and cultural heritage, it is a great town

The vineyards were really extensive, there were also very many restaurants to choose from, i also enjoyed the horse racing display that was held there and the rich history that the place holds
