Grad Korčula
Korčula je prekrasan utvrđeni grad na istočnoj obali istoimenog otoka koji se može pohvaliti bogatom poviješću. Naime, Statut grada i otoka Korčule iz davne 1214. godine najstariji je pravni dokument u Hrvatskoj i među najstarijim slavenskim uopće.Stari grad je okružen veličanstvenim zidinama, a ulice su raspoređene u obliku riblje kosti omogućujući slobodno strujanje zraka, ali i štiteći od jakih vjetrova.Grad Korčula isplaniran je tako da postoje zapadna i istočna strana grada. Na te dvije strane otok dijeli glavna ulica koja prolazi točno središtem otoka. Prvenstveno je izgrađen tako da bi u njemu postojala odlična obrana od raznih napada. Gledajući grad iz ptičje perspektive, ljudi su složni da neodoljivo podsjeća na riblju kost. Plan grada, reći će mnogi, baš zato što je takav kakav je, pruža gotovo pa idealne uvjete za život svim svojim stanovnicima.

My friends and I had the time of our lives trying the delicious dishes at the groovy restaurants in this city. We particularly enjoyed the fried shrimps and local hard cheese served with tasty melons, almonds, and olive. I highly commend this city!

My friend and I vacationed in this gorgeous city and marveled at all it had to offer. We especially enjoyed visiting the old museums and admiring the old collections of world war 2. The tranquility in this city is unmatched!

The beach bars of this city have skilled bartenders who prepare drinks to the sounds of entrancing house music. I sipped my drink while enjoying the dramatic landscapes in the distance. This city is very romantic to the eye!

Being an art lover I really fell in love with Korcula city. I enjoyed viewing the memorial collections of paintings and other exhibitions in the stunning monumenTS. The pictures I took were just perfect!

I did not believe before going korcula about the theory of having the best wines. My visit to the place proofed me wrong. The bars offer the best wines .Wonderful.

A visit to the old town in korcula was amazing.We saw the best designed buldings that have stood for ages. They offerred a mantra of its owns.

sporting events and music festivals are activities you will not miss in korcula. They are well planned and organized. So interesting.
