Pakrac
Pakrac se nalazi u dolini rijeke Pakra u zapadnoj Slavoniji, 26 km sjeveroistočno od Novske. Prvi se put spominje 1237. godine kao naselje na popisu posjeda Ivanovo pod imenom Pekriz.Smještaj Pakraca gradu daju tranzitno-turistički značaj.Važne sakralne građevine iz XVIII. st. nalaze se u povijesnoj jezgri grada, gdje se nalazi dvor baruna Trenka, te ostaci jedne od prvih kovnica u Hrvatskoj, tzv. Spahijski podrum. Uz brojne povijesne građevine u središtu grada tijekom ratnih zbivanja 1991. i 1992. godine teško su stradale i crkva Sv. Uznesenje Blažene Djevice Marije, crkva sv. Duha i dr.Ekonomska osnova je poljoprivreda, vinogradarstvo, stočarstvo, šumarstvo, drvna i građevinska industrija.Rijeka Pakra i obližnje planine Psunj i Ravna gora mjesta su za rekreaciju u neposrednoj blizini. Posebnost pakračkog kraja su mnoga talijanska naselja u kojima su očuvani talijanski običaji, jezik i kuhinja (talijanska salama).

This town is very admirable. I always visit it and I can't get enough of its museums. There are war collections and other exhibits, and the stories behind them are always interesting to listen to. I always travel back in time and momentarily forget all my troubles.

We had a tour at the unique military and war museum that housed alot of equipments and millitary items that were rememberable.

The traditional foods are delicious and the variety of the dishes offered are exquisite. Great to have a taste of new recipe and amazing food.

The architectural buildings have great work of art and are wonderful to look at and the ones at Pakrac has beautiful structures.
