Kutina is a city 70 kilometers away from Zagreb, located on the southern slopes of vineyards overgrown with forested Moslavachka gora and on the edge of Lonjsko polje, one of the largest wetlands in this part of Europe. With 15,000 inhabitants, Kutina is the largest business, trade and administrative center in Moslavina, with the headquarters of many county services and the largest Moslavina companies. Kutina is often called the green city, thanks to its numerous trees, landscaped shrubs, hedges and parks.Proof that Kutina was a crossroads in ancient times was the Roman settlement, which is presumed to have been the Varianis mentioned in Roman documents. The remains of the settlement are located in the western part of Kutina in Kutinska Lipa.

This city was really something. It had great people settling here and they had great interactions and attitude towards us the visitors. I loved touring the streets, they were very green and clean, and also sitting on the park benches was a wonderful experience watching the sun disappear into the horizon.

We took a walk in the forested Moslavachka gora and it was a walk full of scenic beauty to admire. We rested under the trees that provide us with shades and a lovely atmosphere. A perfect spot to relax body and soul.

The landscaped shrubs and hedges offer a great view of the surroundings. We toured the park here and the park was an oasis of peace and tranquility. The remains of the settlement proof that Kutina was a crossroads.

This trade centre is spectacular. I enjoyed buying things within this town. The people were so hospitable. This trading centre is also surrounded with trees. It provides a perfect shade for strolling around it. Such a wonderful town

This town has a lot of tree cover which was fascinating. As you stroll and admire its buildings, the trees provide a perfect shade. The buildings in this town were really old but well maintained. I really enjoyed shopping in this town. Everyone was so friendly.
