Cernik
Cernik je naseljen od davnina (neolitička naselja na brdu Slavči i u Cerničkoj Šagovini - starčevačka kultura). Unutar provincije Panonia Savia Rimljani su vladali ovim područjem četiri stoljeća (rimski nalazi u Baćindolu i Podvrškom).U povijesnim izvorima Cernik se spominje 1255., a u pisanim dokumentima od 1363. Plemićki posjed u 16 st. je imao dvadesetak sela, a 1520. kraljevskom poveljom postao je tržni grad (godišnji sajam na dan sv. Franje).Cernički kraj pogodan je za razvoj stočarstva, vinogradarstva, voćarstva i proizvodnju zdrave hrane. Još u turskom vremenu bio je poznat po kvalitetnom maslu, voću i vinu.

This place has been inhabited since the neolithic period. We could still see some neolithic settlements. It's a small town. Its architectural planning is amazing and lovely. I enjoyed visiting this place

We visited the farms around the village and had a great time watching the animals breed at the farms. It was superb having a taste of the freshly picked fruits from the farm too and it was joyful trip to the place,

The historical sites here bring out the cool history of the place. It was awesome knowing about the how it was during the ancient times.
