Kaštel Novi je jedan od sedam Kaštela koji svi čine grad Kaštela. Kaštel ostavlja dojam snažne utvrde, ali ukrašeni balkoni i prozori otkrivaju njegovu stambenu namjenu. Kaštel Novi je nastao nakon što je 1512. godine trogirski plemić Antun Cippico sagradio utvrđeni ljetnikovac, kao i grad za svoje seljake. It was so touching how a dinner for two couples on vacation could easily be set on the beach with a romantic theme and chandeliers at my request.
