Cernik
Cernik ist seit der Antike bewohnt (neolithische Siedlungen auf dem Hügel Slavča und in Cernicka Sagovina - Starcevo-Kultur). Innerhalb der Provinz Panonia Savia beherrschten die Römer dieses Gebiet vier Jahrhunderte lang (römische Funde in Baćindol und Podvrsko).In historischen Quellen wird Cernik im Jahr 1255 erwähnt, in schriftlichen Dokumenten ab 1363. Jahrhundert zählte das Adelsgut etwa zwanzig Dörfer, und 1520 wurde es durch königliche Urkunde zum Marktflecken (jährlicher Jahrmarkt am Tag des Heiligen Franziskus) Das Gebiet von Cernik eignet sich für die Entwicklung der Viehzucht, des Weinbaus, des Obstanbaus und der Erzeugung ökologischer Lebensmittel. Schon in der osmanischen Zeit war Cernik für die Qualität von Butter, Obst und Wein bekannt.

This place has been inhabited since the neolithic period. We could still see some neolithic settlements. It's a small town. Its architectural planning is amazing and lovely. I enjoyed visiting this place

We visited the farms around the village and had a great time watching the animals breed at the farms. It was superb having a taste of the freshly picked fruits from the farm too and it was joyful trip to the place,

The historical sites here bring out the cool history of the place. It was awesome knowing about the how it was during the ancient times.
