Zumberak Nature Park
Der Naturpark Zumberak - Samoborsko gorje ist hauptsächlich ein hügeliges und gebirgiges Gebiet, das sich über den südlichen Teil der Zumberacka gora und die Samoborsko gorje erstreckt, die die natürliche Grenze Kroatiens zur Republik Slowenien bilden, und dessen nördlicher Teil auf der slowenischen Seite Gorjanci genannt wird. Der Park umfasst eine unglaubliche Fläche von 333 km2 und befindet sich in der Nähe der Stadt Zagreb. Mit mehr als 347 Kilometern Wander- und 200 Kilometern Radwegen, zwei Klettergebieten - Okić und Terihaji - sowie zwei registrierten Gleitschirmfluggeländen - Japetic und Plesivica - ist der Naturpark Zumberak ein ideales Ziel für Naturfluchten und Aktivurlaub. Ausflügler und Bergsteiger sind begeistert von den Aussichtspunkten, die sich von Okic, Plešivica und Japetić aus öffnen.

I visited the paragliding grounds in this location, Japetich, and Pleshivica, and engaged in the sport. I was nervous at first because of my fear of height but I did enjoy the entire process and will bring my eldest son in the next visit.

My girlfriend and i took a nature walk in the park she loved the beauty of the place. The view of the dazzling sun rays between the tall trees was amazing. We took several pictures as testimonials to the place.

I love mountain climbing and this place just satisfied the needs to my body, mind and a soul. We climbed the mountains and the experience was unmatched,the viewpoints gave us a clear view of the nature park. The place is worth visiting.

I loved engaging in the various sporting activities in the location. My wife and I tried out paragliding at Japetich and Plesivica. I was fazed at first since I fear heights but I got used to it and will visit soon to try out the sports again.

I loved the fact that it was a mountainous area, hence suitable for hiking. I took my wife every weekend for hiking activity every weekend and we bonded with nature through the process. we will visit the location again soon.
