Vrbovec
Grad s oko 15.000 stanovnika udaljen je 40 km od Zagreba. Prvi pisani trag potječe iz 1244. godine (dokument kralja Bele IV.). Dvorac u Vrbovcu je iz 1528. godine, a je izgrađen za obranu od Turaka. Kasnije je bio u posjedu Zrinskih, Erdödyja, pa opet Zrinskih, Patačića itd. Godine 1621. tu se rodio Petar Zrinski. Od dvorca danas postoji samo cilindrična kula. Područje obiluje vrijednom kulturnom baštinom. Nedaleko od Vrbovca (u Negovcu) rođena je Marija Jurić Zagorka, spisateljica popularnih romana i prva žena novinar u južnoj Europi. Područje obiluje ruralnim izletištima, mjestima za opuštanje i gastronomski doživljaj (manifestacija "Kaj su jeli naši stari" u kolovozu), te sportskim sadržajima: tenis, streljana za glinene golubove, ribolov na jezerima.

This town offers the best relaxation experience. I really loved walking in its ancient cobbled streets that looked like a scene from an old movie. It was nice to admire the old fortresses and museums that looked so magnificent. It was worth the trip.

I came here with my family to relax. There are lots of activities even for the kids. The aqua parks have nice swimming pools, saunas, and fitness centers. The kids loved this town.

I enjoyed myself immensely in Vrbovec. I particularly loved taking strolls and admiring the beautiful castles. Their architectural designs were very unique and intriguing. I look forward to visiting again.

I had a relaxing trip to Vrbovec. I delighted in visiting its beautiful spas and enjoying deep massages. My back pains were healed in this town. I left feeling like a new person. I recommend it to all.

This is a nice place to vacation in. My family and I loved the elegant hotels' delicious seafood and other traditional dishes. The waiters were friendly and the service was excellent. It's a spectacular town.
