Goveđari
Govedari su brdovito selo na otoku Mljetu koje ima nešto manje od dvjesto stalnih stanovnika. Selo datira s početka 18. stoljeća kada su se prvi ljudi počeli naseljavati na tom mjestu, gradeći svoje kuće i skloništa.Selo Govedari smješteno je u unutrašnjosti otoka Mljeta, malo iznad Velikog Jezera, 5 kilometara od mora. Dio je nacionalnog parka Mljet. Zbog svog položaja na plodnom području, Goveđari su tradicionalno poznati po poljoprivredi, iako danas ljudi rado iznajmljuju sobe i nude neke b & b usluge.

This village is located on top of a hill. The stone statues and houses were so beautiful. It represented their cultural heritage. They are still in perfect condition even after all those years. I enjoy walking to this place. It is surrounded by dense vegetation

Amazing history that the place has and wonderful statues that we witnessed at the place. We tour around the church and loved the beauty of the interior design and paintings of the church as well as the Gothic architectural building it holds.

My friends took me here and being a lover of history, I liked the sculptures and stone houses. I loved the local church which was built with ancient fashion.
