Garesnica
The name Garesnica is indicated by a legend from the 12th century. During the great invasion of the Tatars and Mongols, the inhabitants guarded themselves by lighting fires with guards at elevated places, and they would leave the "gar" (soot). So says the legend, but the facts are somewhat different.The town of Garesnica, with this status since 1997, is located in the northeastern part of Moslavina, cut in the shape of a triangle between the eastern slopes of Moslavachka gora.

The foliage in this place was wonderful. I enjoyed walking in the woods and smelling the wet soul. The scent from the morning glory flowers was amazing. The birds chirping and flying from one tree to another was a wonderful sight. The countryside here was refreshing. I enjoyed myself.

The history of the place dates back to centuries and it is interesting and fascinating. We had some few historical museums that we visited and enjoyed the gluesome exhibits arranged on our tour around the museum and the architectural structures around the place that was exciting.
