Vodnjan

Vodnjan is a small place located in the southwest of Istria, near the town of Pula. For many centuries, Vodnjan was the most important city in southern Istria, even more important than Pula until the middle of the 19th century. It is interesting that today Vodnjan is also called the city of murals.
