OPG Brist with a tradition since 2006 has located its native olive groves in Vodnjan, Istria. The primary activity of this family farm is olive growing, ie the production of top-quality, award-winning extra virgin olive oil. Olives are grown and processed traditionally, without the addition of any pesticides, and the oil is cold pressed by hand. Some of the favorites are Istarska bjelica, Sta Margherita, Intenso and Oleum. You can buy and taste it on the family farm itself, which includes a tasting room and a small shop, online via the official website and in specialized stores throughout Croatia.
