The municipality of Moscenicka Draga stretches from Medveja (Cesara bay) all the way to Zagora. It has 7 pebble beaches, and countless forest and mountain roads. The area is extremely hilly and covers an area of 63 square kilometers. With its territory, it cuts deep into the Uchka Nature Park. The position itself is very interesting because, in addition to the classic (coastal) type of tourism, there is also the possibility of rural (agro) which would develop on the slopes of Uchka - the Uchka massif with the peaks of Uchka, Sisol, Kremenjak.When you walk along the Moscenicka (Moshchenichka) lungomare, you will come across a monument to the partisan units that landed here on April 25, 1945, liberated Moscenicka Draga and set out to liberate Rijeka, Istria and the Croatian coast. Moscenicka Draga developed as a fishing port of the town of Moshchenice, and the preserved records date back to 1436, in which the settlement on the port of Sv. marine. Moshchenichka Draga is the main administrative center of the municipality. The place itself has about 900 inhabitants who are mainly engaged in tourism and fishing.
