Karlobag
Putujući jadranskom obalom, južno od Senja, dolazi se do Karlobaga. Nekad rimska kolonija izgrađena kao važna prometna luka zvala se Vagium, Skrisia i Bigi-Bag. Turci su je 1525. godine potpuno uništili spaljivanjem do temelja. Vojvoda Karlo dao ju je obnoviti i tako je grad dobio ime. Do Karlobaga se može doći iz Gospića, preko Baških Oštarija. Nezaobilazna je turistička destinacija i prilika za predah od dugog putovanja. Zbog svoje mediteranske klime i kombinacije mora i planine, to je najbolji način za doživljaj ljetnih vrućina i svježine zaleđa Velebita, sve u jednom danu.

I needed to get away from the summer heat and hustles of the city. I came to this mountainous place to take refuge. I enjoyed the cool climate. I went swimming in the cool waters and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets in the evening. It was cool being here.

Great destination for our trip around as we encountered amazing mountains and the dazzling sea. The weather was superb that was relaxing and soothing. We had the best time and we went for a boat ride that we enjoyed through it all.
