Donji Humac
Donji Humac ist eine der ältesten Siedlungen auf Brac. Sie liegt auf der Spitze eines Hügels, etwa 7 km von Supetar entfernt. Zahlreiche Steinhäuser, römische Mausoleen und Statuen aus Bracer Stein zeugen von der jahrhundertealten Tradition der Steinbearbeitung. Die örtliche Kirche St. Fabian und Sebastian mit ihrem schönen barocken Glockenturm dominiert das Dorf. Um die Kirche herum befinden sich zahlreiche Steinskulpturen, die während der in Donji Humac veranstalteten internationalen Bildhauersymposien entstanden sind.

This incredible settlement is very attractive, especially that it is on top of a hill, it gives a good view of the landscape. I loved seeing the statues and their great curvature. The houses also have unique designs and structure. It was a blessing being in a one of kind place like this

The place is an architectural museum with stoned buildings that are built around the place having beautiful structures that are appealing. We walked around the place and saw some monuments and statues and other landmarks that represent the great history of the place.

We had a day to visit one of the unique places in Donji Humac which is the church that has amazing features that captured our eyes. We had a tour around and loved the wonderful sculptures around the church as well as the tower with amazing architectural building that it has.
