Then there is an ancient village located on the Peljeshac peninsula. Due to its location (with cool nights and pleasant, warm days) Potomje is well known as the center of the wine-growing areas Dingach, Plavac and Postup, which local people (today a little more than 250 inhabitants) still produce for centuries. Although quite small, the village has 5 ancient churches from the 14th century onwards - St. Peter, St. Thomas, St. George and St. Lucy , later the one located in the fields, which was open to visitors.

I came here for spiritual nourishment. The four churches I visited were nice with friendly people. I attended a mass in one of the churches and enjoyed listening to the choir. My spirit was uplifted here.

The village is a great place to travel to, the people here are traditional makers of wine which i really enjoyed drinking and tasting. I only managed to visit one church but it was still a good one. Nice trip

I visited the wine growing areas of Dingach and Plavac where I also had a chance to do the wine tasting produced by the locals in the area and the taste was a die for. I learned about the low number of inhabitants around the areas and the 5 churches from the 14th century. It was an educative tour.

This wine growing village is the perfect tourist destination. I enjoyed my spiritual journey in this town. I visited nearly all the churches in this town and their history was amazing. Their ancient design and structures stood out. It was such a divine experience.

I would recommend this town for an amazing spiritual journey. I visited most of its churches and each on of the stood out in its own unique way. The decorations and statues within the churches were impressive. All their altars were magnificent.
