Ozalj
Stari grad Ozalj izgrađen je na litici iznad rijeke Kupe. Nekoć je bio sjedište moćne hrvatske vlastele i poprište iznimnih kulturno-povijesnih zbivanjaSvoj identitet i turističku promidžbu današnji Ozalj gradi na temeljima vrijedne kulturno-povijesne baštine i tradicijskih posebnosti kraja.Grad se prvi put spominje 1244. kao slobodni kraljevski grad. Od kraja 14. stoljeća grad je u vlasništvu Frankopana iz čijih je ruku ipak 1550. prešao pod obitelj Zrinski koja mu je ostala vlasnikom sve do 1671. godine.Ozalj je do danas poprimio dobre osnove razvoj turizma, naročito kulturno-povijesnog i izletničkog karaktera. Zahvaljujući svojoj slikovitoj okolici ovaj je kraj vrlo pogodan za ljubitelje povijesti, prirode i rekreacije na poznatom kupskom kupalištu.

On my visit to this location, I got to learn about the historic and cultural background of the inhabitants of the location. I learned that the land was initially owned by the Frankopan family before it was transferred to the Zrinski family who held on to it till 1671.

This old town was well preserved, the old houses and church were very beautiful and well painted. I loved the surrounding environment and the breath of fresh air

The town was welcoming, it was the definition of calmness and peace. the nature here felt different i also loved the terrain of the town, the history was also something to mention, it is almost 600 years old. Fascinating

it was an exciting moment getting to know the rich history of Ozalj that it was built on a cliff above the river. we discovered cultural tools together with traditional peculiarities of the region which depicted its rich history. it was a pleasure visiting such an amazing old town.

my friends and i visited ozalj as historians to learn its naming evolution. we loved its cultural equipments which made understand more about its tradition. what a wonderful place to keep adventuring now and then!

I was excited about visiting this place. The surrounding areas were full of green plants and beautiful flowers. I loved taking long walks in the forested area. I felt refreshed and happy when I went back home.

I loved the time I spend on this beach. Swimming and diving and later I relaxed under the trees along the beach. It was amazing to be here.
