Kalnik
Kalnik se nalazi na granici Zagorja, Prigorja i Podravine, oko 80 km od Zagreba. Ovdje posjetitelja dočekuju živopisan šumski svijet, poučna staza i ostaci dviju starih gradina. Manja od njih nalazi se na vrhu Malog Kalnika, a veća na Velikom Kalniku. Veliki Kalnik bio je nekoć čak proglašen čak i kraljevskom palačom. Bilo je to u vrijeme kralja Sigismunda, čija je žena Barbara Celjska, poznata u legendama i kao »Crna kraljica«, često dolazila ovamo. Grad se prvi put spominje u 13. stoljeću, a sastojao se od tri dijela. Prvi je sagrađen u doba provale Tatara, kada se u njemu neko vrijeme skrivao kralj Bela IV uz kojega se veže i legenda o kalničkim »šljivarima«. Naime, po legendi su stanovnici podkalničkih sela svojim šljivama prehranili kralja, zbog čega im je on dodijelio plemićke časti.

It is an awesome thing to visit a place where you are being welcomed by beautiful pictures together with old forts remnants, the place is Kalnik. We got to know more of its rich history that it was once proclaimed as a royal palace. Beautiful people visit places like Kalnik, do not plan to miss.

It is said that the city was divided into three parts which literally explained it's origin. the two parts being located at the top, made us have nice and clear aerial view and it was awesome. The next vacation I will come along with my friends.

Being a lover of history I went to see the remains of the two gotts that this place was known for. I explored the two forts one after another with the help of my friendly tour guide. I was amazed by the rich culture of this place.

We wanted a place with natural forests for our project St school. This was the best place we found. There were many species of trees in this forest that suited our research program. We later had fun at the beach where we swam and took plenty of pictures.

Attractive places for us to go and we visited the old palace and the they were amazing. Lovely ancient places with great views and history that is fascinating. It was fascinating to be at the place and enjoy the marvel of the place.

We went hiking at the forest and the experience was enormous. We enjoyed the diverse the flora and the relaxing experience as we hiked through the forest. My friends loved the place and enjoyed the trip although the journey.

Hiking in Kalnik was a great experience. The vertical cliffs create awe-inspiring views of the valley below which we could not get enough of. This town is another paradise.
