Die Goli Insel
Goli ist eine Insel etwa 6 km vom Festland und 5 km von der Insel Rab entfernt. Der größte Teil der Insel besteht aus kahlen felsigen Hängen mit spärlichem Gras, und die Südwestküste der Insel ist niedrig und zum Baden geeignet. Es gibt keine ständigen Einwohner auf der Insel. Nach dem Konflikt zwischen Tito und Stalin im Jahr 1948 richteten die jugoslawischen Behörden das politische Lager Goli Otok ein. Die Häftlinge wurden zu schwerer körperlicher Arbeit im Steinbruch und in den Bauxitminen gezwungen. Der Betrieb des Gefängnisses wurde 1988 eingestellt, und die verlassenen Ruinen sind bis heute erhalten geblieben.

This place had a great measure of privacy. I loved the cool air together with the beautiful vegetation. I enjoyed most riding and long walks along the beach. It was amazing to be here.

Island of Goli is well known for the abandoned prison. It is a great place we toured thou the place has not been preserved well.

My adventure to Island of Goli was great. I enjoyed diving and snorkeling along the sea. Classic experience.

Alot of water sports are done in this place. It was a nice experience I encountered in the Island of Goli. Amazing.

The Island of Goli has rich fish species. We did fishing activities . They were so good.
