Lozovac ist ein kleines Dorf, das 15 Kilometer von Sibenik entfernt liegt und der Haupteingang zum Nationalpark Krka ist.Besucher können die ländlichen Gehöfte genießen, wo sie den berühmten dalmatinischen Prosciutto und viele andere einheimische Gerichte und Getränke aus Dalmatien probieren können. Die Umgebung bietet viele Wanderwege, die zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder auf einem Quad erkundet werden können.In Lozovac befindet sich der Haupteingang zum Krka-Nationalpark. Der Nationalpark Krka wurde 1985 als ein Karstphänomen mit sieben Travertin-Wasserfällen von außergewöhnlicher Schönheit erklärt. Am besten besucht man den Park im Frühjahr oder Sommer, wenn er in voller Blüte steht und die Besucher sich im klaren Wasser des Flusses erfrischen können.

We toured the rural homesteads as our friends advised us and had a taste of Dalmatian life through the Prosciutto, drinks of Dalmatia and a variety of indigenous dishes. We also took a walk as we explored the trails around here, we enjoyed the gasp of fresh breath as we walked. The travertine waterfalls were therapeutic to me.

I brought my child with me to this. We enjoyed playing beach ball games and swimming I the shallow waters at the clean beach. We enjoyed picnic lunches at the park and we also went noting. Our little hotel room was warm and cozy. My son loved the friendly hotel attendants who joked around with him.

It is a place of imense beauty with natural features to enjoy such as karst phenomena that cause a waterfall that is beautiful located in Krka National Park. I enjoyed apart from all this experiencing the rural homesteads located in the area, the highlight of the visit was the local delicacies provided. Worth visiting again.
