Kistanje, Krka
Kistanje je malo mjesto uz rijeku Krku te je jedan od ulaza u Nacionalni park Krka. Prvi se put spominje u 15. stoljeću, pod latinskim nazivom Kyztane. Nastalo je uz ruševine rimskog logora i srednjovjekovne crkvice.Manastir Krka (Sv. Arhanđela) nalazi se na tri i pol kilometara od mjesta i duhovno je središte pravoslavnih vjernika ovoga kraja. Uz samostan se nalazi crkva u bizantskom stilu. Ispod crkve su starorimske katakombe, koje su otvorene za posjetitelje.Ulaz Kistanje jedan je od pet ulaza u Nacionalni park Krka. Nacionalni park Krka proglašen je 1985. godine kao krški fenomen sedam sedrenih slapova iznimne ljepote. Najbolje je park posjetiti u proljeće ili ljeto, kada je u punom sjaju i kada se posjetitelji mogu osvježiti u čistoj vodi rijeke.

Before entering this small village, we toured the Roman Camp and were perplexed by the hospitality of the people in the camp.Being an entrance to the Krka National park, we visited the seven travertine waterfalls, we took the picture in each of the waterfall for memories. Best spot to refresh oneself in the clear water of the river in any season-spring or summer.

One of the best entrances to the park and exciting history and other historic sites situated at the place. We visited the place and had a lot of sightseeing adventures with my friends. Lovely ruins and great place to be.

The waterfall and the river was an amazing place that i visited and this was after the heavy winter seas. clean waters and a beautiful disney nature for me that i loved. Took some wonderful pictures for remembrance and could not be less happy about the place.

I was once here during the summer and I decided to come back again. I loved the clear water during this season and I enjoyed walking in the park where I saw beautiful birds from different spices

I really loved the sounds of the river both in the morning and in the evening, it was very calming and relaxing. The nature around was also very beautiful and thriving. I also had a chance to visit the nearby village and the monastery within, the experience was phenomenal.
