Otok Kaprije
U središnjem dijelu šibenskog otočnog arhipelaga otok Kaprije ime je dobio po kaparima koji na otoku cvjetaju. Samo 7 kvadratnih kilometara, ovaj maleni, ravni otok uglavnom je prošaran maslinicima i vinogradima. Selo Kaprije leži uz šarmantni zaljev na najjužnijem dijelu otoka. Razvedena obala nudi dobre mogućnosti za kupanje. Rijetki stanovnici uglavnom su potomci izbjeglica iz područja koja su Turci napali u 16. stoljeću. Otok je u 14. i 15. stoljeću pripadao dobrostojećim šibenskim obiteljima. Župna crkva datira s kraja 16. stoljeća.Na otoku Kaprije nema hotela, ali razasut je privatni smještaj.Redovni trajekti Jadrolinije povezuju otok Kaprije sa Šibenikom.

This island is known for its churches and beautiful beaches. It is a good place to visit for an epic divine experience. The churches were ancient and magical. Their altars were amazing.

The olive groves and vineyards in this location were a welcoming sight. I explored the land and the grapes and olives and went through with them through the production process. I bought a few bottles of wine and olive for personal consumption and I loved them.

I toured the parish church in this location that dates back to the 16th century. I learned about the history behind its construction in ancient times and its cultural significance to the locals. It was a great adventure

Charming bay the we visited for our summer vacation and i was happy the whole time. I enjoyed the good weather at the place and the atmosphere too. Went swimming and sunbathing too and it was therapeutic.

The vineyards that we managed to visit were one of the best things about the place. Beautiful places and great guide that was helpful through the whole tour as we learned of the processing and had a chance for wine tasting the different varieties of the wine for selection.
