Ivanec je gradić smješten u hrvatskom Zagorju podno gore Ivanšćice. Zbog svojih prirodnih ljepota i raznolikosti krajolika, Ivanec je u dalekoj prošlosti već bio nastanjen, o čemu svjedoče brojna arheološka nalazišta u njegovoj okolici.Tijekom povijesti Ivanec se mijenjao, razvijao, a u 16. st. izgrađen je kaštel, obrambena i stambena utvrda, koja je proteklog stoljeća u ratnim i poratnim razaranjima posve srušena. Danas se ruševine te utvrde nalaze u samom centru Ivanca, okružene parkom kojim možete lako prošetati.U šetnji malim Ivancem vratite se u povijest, obiđite stare mlinove, šećite njegovim krajolikom i potražite izvore pitke vode, obiđite crkve i kapelice, obližnje brežuljke i rodne vinograde, te uživajte u tajnovitostima izgubljenog viteškoga grada.

The nightlife at Ivanec is awesome with the DJs playing good music and the people having fun at night clubs and areas of refreshments.

A walk through the town was one of the best things that we did as we got the chance to enjoy the wonders of the place. We visited several churches and chapels and loved the amazing sculptures and buildings that they hold. Peaceful place that we loved.

The weather at Ivanec is condusive and i loved it as it allowed me to have mid-morning walks around the streets of Ivanec and i loved every bit of it. It was refreshing.

After swimming we rested under shades of the pines and tamaris. The atmosphere was lovely and breathtaking, the ambience so pleasant to us. I loved the fact that Ivanec has enough bathing places for visitors.

The cultural heritage of this place was was evidently seen in the historical sites scattered around. Being a history lover, i loved this place.
