Baška Voda je nekadašnje ribarsko mjesto smješteno otprilike 10 km sjeverno od Makarske i malo južno od Brela; grad ima oko 3000 ljudi koji se uglavnom bave turizmom.Grad je nastao iz grada Bast koji se nalazi na obroncima planine Biokovo; dok su Turci napadali to područje u 18. stoljeću, ljudi su se preselili na more i osnovali naselje koje je kasnije postalo Baška Voda. Danas popularno turističko odredište nudi bogatu gastronomsku uslugu , vrhunski smještaj za odmor te, kao i u Brelima, mnogo prekrasnih plaža.

The hotels at the beach was one of the interesting thing that made me love the place. The services offered at the beach was top notch with amazing facilities that were worth it. I loved the beaches and enjoyed swimming at the sea on mid morning hours as it was soothing.

I enjoyed long walks along the streets to the market. The market at this place had fresh vegetables and fruits. The vendors were friendly and helpful. I loved the local delicacy of fish.

This fishing village was amazing. I visited the fishermen at the fishing bay and learned about the different fishing methods and the different species of fish found here. I was later invited to enjoy a delicious fishy meal accompanied with loca wine. I loved it.

I loved the numerous beautiful, clean beaches at this place. I enjoyed swimming in the shallow clean waters. I sunbathed and enjoyed talking to the locals who were friendly. I took pictures and sent them back home to my friends.

My family needed a vacation and that's why we came to this place. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy. My children spent hours at the swimming pool swimming and playing other games. It was an amazing stay at these place.
