Umag
Stari kameni grad Umag nudi pogled iz prve ruke na bogatu povijest Umaga, od antičkih vremena sve do modernog razdoblja. Ljepotu ovog odredišta prepoznali su bogati rimski plemići koji su odabrali baš ovaj dio Istre kao savršeno mjesto za svoje ljetnjikovce i kuće za odmor. Nakon odlaska Rimljana uslijedio je dosta burno i nestabilno razdoblje - grad je stoljećima prelazio iz ruku jednog vladara u ruke drugog, pa tako zgrade iz kasne antike i ranog srednjeg vijeka bivaju potpuno su uništene. Sadašnja povijesna jezgra naslijedila je urbanu strukturu srednjeg vijeka. Brojni su podsjetnici na to doba: ostaci zidina, venecijanske vile i nadasve slikovite uske ulice. Ona koja je najbolje očuvana ujedno je i najstarija - zapadna kula u kojoj se danas nalazi Muzej, čuvar vrijedne zbirke arheoloških artefakata pronađenih na mjestu grada.Ukoliko se želite ipak odmoriti od razgledavanja, morate posjetititi neku od tradicionalnih istarskih konoba, u kojoj ćete pronaći razne vrste tradicionalnih ribljih i mesnih jela, kao i kvalitetna domaća vina i maslinova ulja. I took my children to the city and they had a good experience there. Umag city has various kids activities to keep the busy and have fun. Are you planning a vacation? Let Umag City be your first choice.

I went with my friends to Umag City and explored alot.. There a bikes to rent which made our visit even more intresting since we love cycling. It was an experience I will never explain well than let you experience by yourself.

The place has beautiful museums and beaches to expore. I enjoyed playing the mud games at the beach.

Umag City is so lively. I interacted with several people who taught me their cultural songs. They were so friendly and volunteered to show me around. I love Umag City.

It is a town with a rich cultural background. Visit and learn more about their background. I visited the mesiums and saw the remains of the first man believed to have lived.

My sister always treats me for a vacation after long days of working, Isn't she caring? I have been to Umag city for more than thrice and still cant get enough of it. The cool environment and relaxing beaches makes me want to come back to this city.
