25 Kilometer von Zadar entfernt, in nordöstlicher Richtung, an der Küste von Novigrad, entstand die Stadt Posedarje. Sie wird erstmals unter dem Namen Possedaria in einer Urkunde aus dem Jahr 1219 erwähnt. Die Osmanen griffen Posedarje mehrmals an, was zur Ausrottung der kroatischen Bevölkerung in diesem Gebiet führte. Was den Tourismus betrifft, so bietet dieser Ort alles, was Touristen für einen gelungenen Urlaub brauchen. Es gibt Märkte, Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und alle anderen notwendigen Infrastrukturen. Es gibt zwei Hauptstrände, einen Kiesel- und einen Sandstrand, aber daneben gibt es viele kleinere, abgelegenere Strände, an denen man Ruhe und Privatsphäre genießen kann. Neben der Nähe zu Zadar und den Nationalparks, dem Naturpark Vrana-See und vielen historischen und touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten bietet Posedarje auch Unterkünfte in Appartements und Hotels.

My friend suggested this place to me and true to her words the beaches are heaven on earth, the beauty of the sea from the shore was worth beholding. I loved the privacy provided by the location of the beaches, good for my alone time. This place is worth visiting.

I loved taking evening walks in the nature park as i beheld the beauty of the mother nature. The picturesque of the i loved how they animals in the national park was spectacular, lived in their habitats. Posedarje is a nice place.

The accommodation units and hotel rooms are very specious and very clean. I loved the fact that someone could order something from the shops and cafes nearby and it would be delivered to the accommodation units. Such a great place.

This place had the best nature park ever. I took a nature walk in the park where I enjoyed the sweet scent of the beautiful flowers and greenery. The smell of wet soil was amazing. I listened to the chilling birds and saw them fly and some feeding their chicks. I loved this place.

Peaceful beaches that are sandy and private that we visited for our vacation with my fiance and it was fantastic. I enjoyed myself at the beach with scenic views of the sea and the weather was superb. The drinks and the hotels were top notch with exquisite services that i enjoyed fully.
