Generalski Stol
Generalski stol was located between mountainous and Pannonian Croatia, named after General Krsto Frankopan, who in the 17th century commanded the then Croatian military frontier because he chose the place as his seat. According to numerous archeological finds, the place dates back to the 1st century and was once called Lipovac. The shores of Mrežnica and Dobra provide visitors with natural beauty and are an ideal place for a recreational weekend vacation in the many weekend houses that adorn this place.

It was wonderful learn of the rich history of this place that was named after Frankopan . According to history, Frankopan chose this place as his seat as a Croatian Frontier.Thanks to the numerous archaeological finds that create a reminisce of back in the days

This town dates back to the first century. Archaeological findings have proved how ancient this town is. I loved its history. Iti is a really quiet and peaceful town. It is a good town for a weekend getaway.

The history behind this small ancient town is fascinating. It has existed since the first century. It is still in perfect condition and the environment is so serene. I really enjoyed spending time in this town and visiting the archaeological sites.

The beautiful weekend houses in this location offer a beautiful ambiance and a relaxed location to chill during a vacation. My fiancee and I rented one of the houses and I loved how the location was well managed and amenities easily available.

Rich history that dates back in time with interesting stories about the place. We visited some historical sites and castles that were amazing and beautiful to watch and enjoy the wonderful things about them. Glad to have made the trip to the place and made a remarkable tour.
