The HT museum is located in the center of the city of Zagreb, in Palmotićeva Street in a recognizable red palace that then had the role of a postal telegraph institution. Although the palace was built in 1904, the museum with its exhibition was opened to the public a little later in 1997. As its name suggests - the Telecommunications Museum had the task of bringing closer to the public the history of the transmission of various news and content at a distance in Croatian areas. Also, in its permanent exhibition, it displayed various objects used throughout history, so you can learn about telegraphs, teleprinters, various exchanges, telephones, etc. The Postal Collection is also interesting and will introduce you to the history of postal and postal activities in Croatia. Interesting is the rich collection of foreign postage stamps numbering more than 35,000 stamps, making it the largest collection of the entire museum!
