Makarska
Makarska je kombinacija kozmopolitskog primorskog grada s lijepom šetnicom i popularnim obiteljskim odmaralištem ljeti. Dobra je destinacija za odmor za one koji žele pomalo kombinaciju svega, od plaža do relativno živahnog noćnog života, kao i malo avanture (planinarenje na planini Biokovo, koja se impresivno nadvija nad Makarskom).Grad Makarska evoluirao je u prirodnoj luci omeđenoj rtom Osejava na jugoistoku i poluotokom Sveti Petar na sjeverozapadu. U posljednjih 50 godina grad se proširio obuhvaćajući sela Veliko Brdo, Puharići, Batinići i Makar, koja se nalaze u samom podnožju planine Biokovo. Danas je turističko odredište s brojnim hotelima, vilama i pansionima, raznolikom visokokvalitetnom gastronomijom, kao i brojnim zabavnim, sportskim i kulturnim događanjima u ponudi.

We came here for a family vacation. My kids especially had fun in the sports complexes where they played tennis while I enjoyed buying beautiful souvenirs in the vibrant shopping malls. This is a nice city to vacation as a family.

I really had a wonderful vacation. I especially enjoyed the adrenaline rush activities like ziplining which was just thrilling. I can't wait to come again for another visit.

My buddies and I had a cheerful time as we partied till sunrise. Makarska has very magical clubs with splendid atmospheric lighting and good music. I highly recommend this place for hangouts.

We went on invigorating nature walks together with some friends to the mountains that had very spectacular landscapes and perfectly tranquil nature trails. The breathtaking scenery left us deeply rejuvenated. We cant wait to come back.

Makarska is famous for its exotic wines produced from a variety of grapevines inhabiting the city. My friends enjoyed trying out the different flavors and took some with us. The whole trip left us in much gusto.
