Generalski stol lag zwischen dem Gebirge und dem pannonischen Kroatien und wurde nach General Krsto Frankopan benannt, der im 17. Jahrhundert die damalige kroatische Militärgrenze befehligte, da er diesen Ort als seinen Sitz wählte. Zahlreiche archäologische Funde belegen, dass der Ort aus dem 1. Jahrhundert stammt und einst Lipovac genannt wurde. Die Ufer von Mrežnica und Dobra bieten den Besuchern natürliche Schönheit und sind ein idealer Ort für einen erholsamen Wochenendurlaub in den zahlreichen Wochenendhäusern, die diesen Ort schmücken.

We were here during the weekend for a recreational vacation and we were not disappointed. We engaged in lots of activities such as team building and returned home elated and heart full of the greatness of this place. The shores of Mreznica and Dobra provided us with natural beauty setting a good backdrop for photoshoot.
