The Museum of Modern Art in Dubrovnik was opened to the public in 1945, and is housed in a beautiful palace that used to be the summer residence of a wealthy Dubrovnik shipbuilder. Architecturally, the building in which the museum is located is beautiful. It was designed by two famous Croatian architects based on other monumental buildings in Dubrovnik - the Rector's Palace, Sponza, etc. The museum is very large and is divided into external and internal exhibition space. The settings are constantly changing and supplementing, and we believe that every lover of modern art will find something for themselves.
