Orebic
Orebic befindet sich an der Spitze der Halbinsel Peljesac, gegenüber der Insel Korcula. Einst sehr berühmt für seine maritime Industrie - die Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts während der österreichisch-ungarischen Herrschaft ihren Höhepunkt erreichte - ist es heute wahrscheinlich der bekannteste Ferienort auf der Halbinsel Peljesac. Hier gibt es einige schöne Strände, darunter auch eine Seltenheit in Kroatien - Sandstrände! (Siehe insbesondere den Strand Trstenica.) Die Gegend ist auch ein guter Ort für eine Reihe von Aktivitäten, einschließlich Surfen und Tauchen.

We had alot of fun on the cruise at the ferry and witnessed the beauty of the city and its amazing landscape that it holds. It was remarkable to be at the city.

I love wine and even better a wine filled vacation. this is what I found at orebic city when I got there, it got better when I went to the numerous wineries and indulged on the tasty locally brewed wines

I enjoyed swimming at the sea on warm temperatures time as this was refreshing and relaxing. unforgetable moments those are.

My family and I being very outdoorsy were spoilt for choice by the many trails we found in orebic. some days we would walk some run others hire a bike and simply enjoy the scenery

It wasn't a vacation well ended until we got the chance to sample the array of flavours of wine through wine tasting in this small but magnificent city
