The New Church in Shibenik is a Renaissance building from the turn of the 15th to the 16th century. It is the last project of the famous builder Niccolò di Giovanni Fiorentino and the first classic Renaissance work of the Central Dalmatian school of architecture. Continuers of construction also added Gothic elements. The interior is decorated with fresco paintings by local artists from the early 17th century.
