Located on the south-eastern side of the island of Vis, this beach is the kind you remember long after you have returned from your vacation. Yes, it is that impressive and enchanting. But while you may think this means it is packed with amenities, it’s actually quite the opposite. You won’t need any of that here. The beach has a fine restaurant where you will no doubt eat and drink well, and enjoy the view of the seascape around you. But the biggest winning feature of this beach is its landscape and the sense of serenity it will bring you. In the absence of crowds you will experience the unusually bright and beautiful sand shore and the tranquil clean sea with all your senses, whether at sunrise or watching the sunset. There isn’t a lot of natural shade here, but in late afternoon, when the sun moves beyond the beach, it will be quite pleasant and cool even on a hot summer’s day. You won’t be able to get to it directly by car - you’ll have to park in the village of Milna (9 km from Vis, 20 km from Komizha) and continue on foot for about fifteen minutes along a filed path.
