Nacionalni park Paklenica
Na hrapavom masivu Velebita Nacionalni park Paklenica nudi brojne outdoor mogućnosti za planinarenje, penjanje i druge sportove. Određen biološki rezervat UNESCO-a, park je osnovan kako bi zaštitio raznoliku floru i faunu, kao i same planine. Značajno zbog izložene bijele stijene na inače neplodnim planinama i oštro kontrastivnih zelenih šuma niže, Mala Paklenica i Velika Paklenica slave kroz planinski lanac, stvarajući svoje dramatične visoke stijenke. U parku se nalaze brojne vrste ptica i kolonije, čineći ga raj za promatrače ptica, a povremeno se bilježe divljači poput medvjeda i vukova. Ured za parkove nalazi se u Starigradu (StariGrad-Paklenica) i pruža sve što je potrebno za siguran posjet, uključujući karte i druge korisne informacije, zajedno s eksponatima i zahodi (ulaz je u Marasovići, malo dalje sjeverno). The diversity in this place is so unique. There is a dense forest and bare land with little or no vegetation. I enjoyed hiking in this park. It was really challenging but worth it. The air was so fresh. Bird watching from the top of the peak was epic

This park is so wonderful. I hope to visit this park again. I and an amazing hiking experience. The white rocks were absolutely lovely. I saw different plant species. It was an experience I cannot even describe.

Being a bird watcher, I came here to enjoy this activity. This place had a famous park for birds. I went there an had a great time watching birds of different species. I even saw some birds that were very rare to see. My time here was great.

When I visited this place, I was provided with a map and a guide. We went to the park which had wolves and bears. I was afraid at first but my guide gave me courage to continue. We managed to sport a park of wolves sleeping under a tree. I loved this adventure.

I engaged in various active physical sporting activities while vacationing this location. My friend participated in hiking and climbing the various mountains in the location. I enjoyed the fact that they had equipment one could borrow. I will visit again soon.

My friends and I went for birdwatching in this location and I loved the different species that created their homes in this location. I learned about how they came into existence, triggers, and hot to calm them. It was a fantastic learning experience and will visit soon.
