Kraljevica
Die schöne Stadt Kraljevica liegt etwa 20 km von Rijeka entfernt, am Eingang zur Bakar-Bucht. Die mächtigsten kroatischen Adelsfamilien aus dem Mittelalter - Zrinski und Frankopani - beherrschten dieses Gebiet, so dass aus dieser Zeit noch heute erhaltene Feudalschlösser zu sehen sind. Der Tourismus in Kraljevica begann sich nämlich bereits im 19. Jahrhundert zu entwickeln, als der österreichische Graf Ollschbaur das erste Hotel baute, das später in ein Luxusresort umgewandelt wurde. Das saubere Meer, die gepflegten Strände und die kulturellen Veranstaltungen haben viele berühmte Künstler und Menschen dazu gebracht, Kraljevica zu besuchen und den Charme einer kleinen Küstenstadt zu genießen.Heute ist Kraljevica ein Zentrum der Schifffahrt und des Schiffbaus an der Adria, und die schönen Buchten von Dubno und Scott mit ihren gepflegten Lagern ziehen viele Touristen an.

I toured the maritime and shipbuilding centers in this location and was awed by the amount of knowledge, calculation, and hard work that goes into designing a ship. I learned alot about the process and I will visit again to gain more knowledge.

One of the interesting things that i could not forget about my trip to Kraljevica is the opportunity that i had to camp during my visit. The camping sites were great and the atmosphere was unforgettable with a taste of the amazing things that it holds. The experience was unique and i loved camping at the place.

Cultural events are among the things that bring many people at the place together. We had the opportunity of attending a cultural event at the place and the atmosphere was unmatched. lovely people and welcoming too. Several local artists that attended and it was a great event.
