ZAGREB In the 80's, the museum was founded with the intention of presenting the past in a slightly different guise. The museum space has been arranged and presented to the public as a fun reconstruction of the everyday life of the average Zagreb family. It also connects the past and the future in a unique and interactive way, showing the way of life, heritage and emotions of that time. All objects and exhibits are authentic and maintained, but not protected as in other museums, and are located in several rooms (kitchen, living room, dining room, fashion room, etc.). Prone to it, as a visitor for example you can sit in a popular Fiat oldtimer, you can relax and paint on retro pieces of furniture or enjoy the sound of old gramophone records. The museum souvenir shop, which sells unique and unique retro items popular at the time, is also interesting.
