The palace of the Chipiko family, from the 13th century, is a complex of buildings adorned with an architectural mix of romance,
Gothic and Renaissance. It consists of a large and a small palace. On the front there is an inscription "Nosce te ipsum" which means "Know yourself". Apart from the architecture, tourists can also admire many works of art, among which the Gothic triforium on the façade should be emphasized. The palace underwent the greatest changes in the 15th century. century during the time of the humanist and writer Koriolan Chipik, who hired the most prominent artists such as Nikola Firentinac, Andrija Aleši and Ivan Duknovich to restore it.
