Cathedral of St. Lawrence is a Roman Catholic three-nave basilica built in the Romanesque-Gothic style, built several centuries ago. Its foundations are on a former early Christian church that was destroyed by the Saracens in the 12th century. The pride of Trogir is the most archaic example of construction in Dalmatia. It is also adorned by the portal of master Radovan, from the 13th century, which is a unique work of this top Croatian artist. With a beautiful interior, visitors can climb the old bell tower with a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding area.
