Church of St. Charles Borromeo dates from 1710, and was actually built on the foundations of the then church of St. John. In the bombing of 1943. was severely damaged, and in 1958. her remains were removed. Only one part of the wall and the complete bell tower are preserved. Next to the remains of the church is a monument to Shimo Starchevich, who is known for writing two grammars "Nova ricsoslovica ilircska" (grammar of the Croatian language) and "Nova ricsoslovica ilircsko-franceska" (translation from German).
