According to archeological research, it was found that there were four Liburnian communities on Dugi Island and each covered about 10 km of the island. It is known that each community had graves in the middle: the main grave and other graves of the subjects. Also found on the island: on the hill Gominjak, Chuh polje and Omishenjak. On Chuh polje they found an Illyrian tomb with a skeleton and two spiral bracelets, a decorative needle and a fragment of an earthen vessel. Based on this, it has been determined that it originates from the time of Linburn and is about 2500 years old.
