OPG Sinovcic je obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo dugogodišnje tradicije sa otoka Brača, iz mjesta Mirci. Ovo bogato imanje i uljara je nastala iz ljubavi prema maslinama i maslinovom ulju koja se prenosi generacijama. Dugovječna stabla maslina, plodno tlo i neprekidna tradicija maslinarstva na otoku, njihov su izvor svakodnevne inspiracije. Njihovi maslinici sadrže 200tinjak tinjak autohtonih sorti maslina. Proizvodnja samoga ulja je certificirano organska (bez dodataka ikakvih pesticida ), te se koriste metode hladnog prešanja kako bi se očuvala nutritivna vrijednost i bogatstvo mirisa i okusa. Walking through the fields where there are numerous indigenous olive trees was a revitalizing and learning experience that I shall practise in my field back home.

My kids loved it setting their eyes on the sheep in the farm and even touching them. We tasted and bought some of the olive oils and products as souvenirs to take back home in their specialized stores. One can also buy their products through the webshop or in a direct agreement with the family farm.

I learned a lot watching the cold pressing of the olives to attain the complete organic oil that is enjoyed in meals. I bought some of the freshly pressed oils for my family.

The farm was created out of love for olives and olive oils is generational. I got the privilege to learn of the rich history of the farm and also take some photos in the farm and the area near the oil mill. Will definitely visit soon.

This rich olive estate is quite big and spectacular. Its green nature was magical. I was able to visit their oil mill and know more about their cold pressing technique
